Account Rift ("Website") is an online marketplace on which users may offer for sale, sell, and purchase digital and/or virtual items ("Products"). Account Rift does not own any of the Products listed for purchase on the Website. Account Rift serves as an intermediary for transactions of Products on the Website.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between You and Account Rift ("Company", "we", or "us"). By accessing and/or using the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a registered user or guest, You accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms. All policies posted on the Website, including our Privacy Policy, are expressly incorporated herein.

Our standard hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM GMT+7, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Orders should be delivered within 15-60 minutes during standard operating hours. Due to timezone disparity or high demand, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If delivery is not received within 24 hours, You may be entitled to a full refund.
Product information will be delivered directly on the order confirmation screen upon successful payment and will also be sent to Your email (check spam/promotion/social folders). It is Your responsibility to fully secure Your order information immediately upon receipt by changing any login credentials to Your personal details and/or safely storing the delivery email.
If You wish to make a purchase on the Website, You will be required to provide Your email address, and payment information. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information, identification details, and any other form of authentication that we may request in our sole discretion.
Buyers must immediately inspect the Product upon delivery. Any progression, use of resources, linking/binding to Your personal information, or changing of any login information constitutes acceptance that we have completely fulfilled the order and the order is no longer subject to any complaint. You must immediately exercise Your right should You believe the Product is not as advertised.
You understand and agree that Account Rift does not include after-sales service nor possess any gaming knowledge. You should and must fully understand how the Product works before ordering. We are not obligated to provide any guidance for consuming the Product (e.g., how to download, how to log in) or any technical in-game assistance.
Any bugs, glitches, or issues found with the Products should be resolved by contacting the game developer directly.
It is the buyer's responsibility to fully secure the account immediately once verified that everything is as advertised.
All sales of Products from Account Rift are final. You shall not be entitled to any exchanges or refunds except as expressly stated herein. In the event that we issue a refund before delivering the Product, You shall not be entitled to delivery of the Product.
If a buyer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong Product, wants to see or try the Product, or any other similar act, they are not entitled to a refund. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Account Rift.
Any complaint will only be deemed valid if official proof is attached to support the claim (e.g., last/latest login history record, resources spending log, etc.).
Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 working days upon agreement, and may take up to 14 working days to appear on Your statement depending on Your bank's efficiency.
Products are provided "as-is" with no warranties. We expressly disclaim and exclude any warranties arising as a result of the operation of law, whether express, implied, or statutory, which includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and all other warranties.
As an intermediary, we are unable to offer any warranty with respect to the usability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or functionality of the Products. We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by You will meet Your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
By agreeing to these Terms, You acknowledge that You may be going against the game developer's terms of service by engaging in account trading, and You are responsible for and bear all associated risks.
Account Rift will always endeavor to reply to Your concerns within the promised time. Should You decide to skip this step and file a chargeback directly with Your payment provider without any prior communication, we will no longer communicate with You and will directly engage with the payment provider to resolve the matter. Regardless of the decision outcome, it shall be accepted by both parties.
Account Rift takes unprovoked chargebacks without any prior notice or communication very seriously and views them as equivalent to a scam attempt. We reserve the right to provide any related data and transaction details to the appropriate financial authorities or national consumer protection agencies to seek further assistance.
